Minimum Data Requirements

When an individual requests to be fingerprinted as an applicant, the person taking the fingerprints should always verify the identity of the person being fingerprinted prior to the taking of the prints.  Some form of official photo identification is the best method of verifying identification.  Applicant fingerprint cards contain the following required data:
