The fingerprint card is a single copy white card, 8" x 8", with green printing (ID form DJ-LE-241). The State card adopts the convention of calling one side of the fingerprint card the "Face" and the other side the "Impression" side. The "Face" side provides blocks for administrative and charge information. The "Impression" side provides blocks for descriptive information and the fingerprint impressions.
