WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AGENTS PARTNER WITH UNITED STATES IMMIGRATION & CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT AGENTS IN INTERNET CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN OPERATION

 Rick A. Stardy, Jr.

MILWAUKEE Special Agents from the Wisconsin Department of Justices Division of Criminal Investigation along with agents from the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement executed a computer and child pornography search warrant at the home of Rick A. Stardy, Jr. located at 3540 S. 77th Street,  Milwaukee, WI on November 18, 2008.

 A search was conducted and charges have been forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office. Stardy was charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

 During the search computers were located and a forensic preview of the Stardy computer revealed in excess of 25 child pornography images and videos described as nude girls under the age of 14 posing nude and engaged in sexual activity.

 Stardy stated he lived alone and was the sole user of the computer in his home. Stardy was arrested later that day and is currently in the Milwaukee County jail.

 Questions concerning this case should be directed towards the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office.

 A defendant enjoys the presumption of innocence. The prosecution must prove its allegations at trial beyond a reasonable doubt.
