Complete your application as soon as possible!  Do not wait until court is over or until treatment is completed. Due to the high volume of claims received, a specialist will be assigned to review your claim for eligibility approximately four months following receipt of your application. No bills will be paid by this program until eligibility is determined. It is strongly encouraged that you arrange payment plans with any vendors for outstanding bills to avoid collections.
